Vibes & Leaks is interested in looking at the various ways that voice and politics are wrapped round each other - what is the reach of erasure of tongues and speech, and how does this shape collective behaviour in terms of politics, aesthetics, and ethics? How can we trace that erasure back through counter-normalisation and identify material evidences all the way down to weak enunciation, perhaps not even communication, perhaps not even identification, perhaps not even discipline?
